The structured star organization at national level is extended to the European level: the NOC of Milan is expanded in order to coordinate an ever-widespread network of technicians operating in the area. 9 additional local teams are organized: from Finland to Spain, from Greece to England, European coverage is increasingly close to the needs of our international customers.

The 2017 key word will be PROXIMITY, literally to be close in time and space to our clients and partners, in order to improve constantly their Customer Experience.

To this purpose during the year new technologies and organisational models have been introduced.

  1. The opening of the new location in Piccinni street 5 in Milan

We have moved our departments in the business centre of Milan, Corso Buenos Aires, in a seat a few steps away from the historic centre. We aimed at a better visibility and an easier reachability.

  • Subway: 150 metres away on foot from the stop MM1/MM2 Loreto-Piazza Argentina
  • Superficial means of transport: 50 metres from the stop of the line 92 Loreto- Pergolesi street
  • Train: 900 metres away from Stazione Centrale, reachable on foot or with the lines 90 and 92
  • Car: taking advantage of the garage Argentina of Paganni street
  • Bike: taking advantage of the bikeMi service of station 114

  1. The launch of D-Shop, our e-commerce platform

We have created a simply, fast and always available purchase instrument for all the users interested in buying our products (individuals or companies).

The platform issued in February will collect a first selection of products during the first semester of the year and it is going to be enriched of all the complete range of products and services throughout the year.

We also planned to enlarge the available methods of payment, in order to facilitate and speed up the purchase experience.

So we are both physically and virtually closer…

You just have to follow us during the year to get even more “closer” because we are a small company with big ambition.

2016 is a year deeply focused on web: In January the first coming soon page is activated and the planning of the new layout of Dynamic Studio starts.

In September 2016 the current website is published, we’ve integrated new contents, articles and promotions to a technically advanced layout full of the most up-to-date functions.

About the end of the year the business e-commerce will be available in order to facilitate the products and services trades 24/7.

The activities of mail marketing and web marketing are also completely revised and the company presence in the main social network is created anew.

Once again, the retail incentives the growth of the company: new support requests, installation and maintenance cross national boundaries and make the first Europe-wide projects start on Austria, Germany, Hungary, Poland and more widely on Eastern Europe.

The increasingly frequent installations and maintenances on national territory impose a business reorganisation:  the NOC at the headquarters of Cernusco Sul Naviglio is restructured and the presence on the territory is redefined with the establishment of 13 local fields with specific territorial competences.

The following local team are organised: Alessandria’s team to cover Valle d’Aosta, Piedmont and Liguria, Milan’s field for the management of Lombardy, Trento’s team for the Trentino-Alto Adige, the one from Ferrara for Friuli Venezia Giulia, Veneto and Emilia Romagna, Florence’s team to cover Tuscany, the one from Todi for Umbria, the team from Fermo for Marche, the one from Rome  to cover Lazio, the one from Cava de’ Tirreni for the management of Campania, Terlizzzi’s team for Puglia, Molise, Abruzzo and Basilicata, Fossano’s field for Calaria and Pimetel’s team for the management of Sicily and Sardinia

Once again, the incentive and the requirement of the always changing retail world have encouraged Dynamic Studio towards new frontiers. We provide the most effective marketing products and services in security business. The camera is not a security instrument anymore (or at least not only), the AXIS open platform offers significant ideas and interpretations.

The first installations on large-scale of visitors counting and HotZone analysis implants in stores start in co-operation with the Italian distribution of one of the main developers of video analysis software for retail.

The consolidated relationships and the deep cooperation developed with some retail companies have enabled the staff to deepen new specific requirements of this market and consequently to study new solutions, both technological and not.

It is the beginning of the period of the It maintenance contracts, the Digital Signage, the InStore Radio and  the Wispering Windows installations for the Italian stores.

In order to satisfy even more the new requirements needed those years by the booming retail chains in the Italian territory, Dynamic creates a team specialised in solving quickly the administrative practices linked to new opening, relocation and store’s cessation.

Following some projects performed successfully for a booming retail chain in Italy, since 2004 Dynamic Studio has started working in an extremely focused way in the vertical market of retail: video surveillance and centralised intrusion detection  for the national points of sale and managing systems Vo-Ip between stores and headquarters are the more often installed systems throughout Italy.

After the prosperous period of the boom years, the information technology sector starts to be characterised by a strong competition.  It is time to change, it is time to approach new technologies based on the limitless opportunities of the net: first of all the Vo-Ip and the security Over-Ip.

In 2003-04 some strategic partnerships have been activated like those with AVIS Communication and Milestone for the video surveillance , or with Netgear and Cisco for the networking and with El.mo for the remote controlled intrusion detection.

Dynamic  Studio s.r.l was born on 14 November 2002 from the business idea of Giovanna Barbieri and Mauro Medico.
They started as an individual company but, after some years, they decided to establish a more organised reality with Andrea Giacomin and other colleagues.

The company business is deeply directed to IT and web design thanks to the experience and the specific know how offered by Mauro and Andrea.

Our customers are small or medium enterprises and their associated studies.

Il filo conduttore del 2017 sarà la PROSSIMITA’, letteralmente l’essere vicini nel tempo e nello spazio ai nostri clienti e partner, per migliorare costantemente la loro Customer Experience.
Nel corso dell’anno verranno introdotte tecnologie e modelli organizzativi orientati a questo scopo.
Iniziamo il primo trimestre con le novità più rilevanti:

1. L’apertura della nuova sede di MILANO VIA PICCINNI 5.

Abbiamo trasferito i nostri uffici nel cuore commerciale di Milano, Corso Buenos Aires, in una sede più facile da raggiungere ed a pochi passi dal Centro Storico.
Abbiamo puntato a una migliore visibilità e ad un’agevole raggiungibilità:
• In metropolitana: a 150 metri a piedi dalla fermata MM1/MM2 Loreto – Piazza Argentina
• Con i mezzi di superficie: a 50 metri dalla fermata Loreto – Via Pergolesi della Linea 92
• In treno: a 900 metri dalla Stazione Centrale, raggiungibile a piedi o con le Linee 90 e 92

2. Il lancio di D-SHOP, la nostra piattaforma e-commerce

Abbiamo realizzato uno strumento d’acquisto semplice, veloce e sempre disponibile per tutti gli utenti, privati ed aziende, interessati all’acquisto dei nostri prodotti.
La piattaforma, rilasciata in febbraio, raccoglierà per il primo semestre dell’anno una prima selezione di prodotti e si arricchirà nel corso dell’anno di tutta la gamma completa dei nostri prodotti e servizi.
Abbiamo previsto anche un ampliamento delle modalità di pagamento disponibili, in modo da rendere sempre più agevole e veloce l’esperienza d’acquisto.

Più vicini quindi fisicamente e virtualmente…
Non resta che seguirci, nel corso dell’anno per “avvicinarci” ancora di più, perché siamo un’azienda di piccole dimensioni ma con grandi ambizioni.

Il 2016 è l’anno profondamente dedicato al Web: a gennaio viene attivata una cooming soon page e parte la progettazione della nuova veste di Dynamic Studio.
A settembre 2016 viene pubblicato il sito attuale, con nuovi contenuti, articoli e promozioni, e un layout tecnicamente avanzato e ricco delle più moderne funzionalità.
Per la fine dell’anno sarà disponibile l’e-commerce aziendale per facilitare le compravendite di prodotti e servizi 24/7.
Completamente rivisitata inoltre l’attività di mail marketing, web marketing e creata ex novo la presenza dell’azienda nei principali canali social.

Ancora una volta sono gli stimoli e le esigenze del mondo retail sempre in fermento a spingere Dynamic Studio verso nuove frontiere.
La telecamera non è più (o comunque non solo) uno strumento di sicurezza, la piattaforma aperta di Axis offre notevoli spunti ed interpretazioni.
In collaborazione con la distribuzione italiana di uno dei principali sviluppatori di software di analisi video per il retail iniziano le prime installazioni su larga scala di impianti per il conteggio persone e per l’analisi delle aree a maggiore affluenza dei negozi (HotZone Analysis).

E’ il momento del cambiamento, è il momento di approcciare nuove tecnologie basate sulle infinite potenzialità della rete: prime tra tutte il Vo-Ip e la Sicurezza Over-Ip.
